I'm a Life + Career coach with over 12 years of corporate Recruiting and HR experience. My north star is helping individuals create the lives they love, with intentionality and purpose.

While leading and building teams at companies like Nike, SpaceX, and The Honest Company, my corporate work has centered on teaching companies how to identify, hire, and develop the right talent while simultaneously making our workplaces more human-centric.

After personally interviewing and hiring thousands of people, I felt a pull towards supporting individuals 1:1, not only in navigating through the murky waters of job seeking, but deeper still throughout their various life's questions and challenges. We all know the work/life line is never quite that clean.
